Vicky De Sousa Promoted to Vice President, Client Services


Harry Appel, President, Telmar Information Services Corp. (TISC) today announced the promotion of Vicky De Sousa to the new position of Vice President, Client Services.

In her new position, Vicky will serve on the TISC management committee, oversee an expanded client service team, and ensure client satisfaction and success with Telmar products and services.

“Her supervisory skills, her style of personal client involvement and her extensive knowledge of Telmar products, services and corporate resources will make sure our clients receive the support they expect
and deserve,” said Sarah Federman, Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales and Services.

Vicky has been an active member of Telmar since her start in 1998 with Telmar’s former Zimbabwe office. An outstanding client service executive in the U.S. since 2001, she has handled all client levels from top management to trainees. She has also trained hundreds of users.
